"Grandmother Bear" is the third in the counted cross stitch Teddy Bear Collection.

She wears a purple sweater which uses a thread blending technique to achieve a "knit look".

Simply combine one strand of thread with one strand of another. Her fur is stitched using Wisper by Rainbow Gallery for a fun,

fuzzy effect. Grandmother Bear's straw hat is adorned with three Tiny Purple Pansy buttons from Just Another Button Co.

Last, she sits against a quilt with prairie point edging. The pillow itself copies the same prairie point edging colors and quilt pattern.

As a finishing technique, they work up quickly and easily.
